⚫ Raindale Alderley Manor for Buider's Box commercial edition's exclusive & Maylett Rug.

Alderley Manor is a 2 story building with a footprint of 30 by 20 that can be used as a store but in this post I used an upstairs room as a living room.
The basic version has a land impact of 107 and is linkset, this version comes with no rezzer and you can just drag it to the ground.
The other version is a version with lighting and has a land impact of 121, this one does comes in a rezzer.
It also comes with texture change HUD of 10 colors for the interior and exterior walls, 5 colors for the parquet and stairs and you can change the transparency and colors of the windows.
